When I arrived to check in, about 3pm, I found the hotel closed, and a sign on the door saying that because it was a public holiday, they weren't opening till 7pm. So I had to wait outside till they turned up. Disgraceful. Needless to say, they charged for a full day's accommodation.

Excellent hôtel très bien placé près du port et des restaurants. L’accueil y est chaleureux le petit déjeuner copieux et servi avec le sourire et l’humour de la propriétaire. Belles chambres fonctionnelles et au calme bonne literie et tout est très propre. Franchement une très bonne adresse 👍: signé erreur 404😉

Petit hôtel sympa avec un Très bon accueil, une chambre cosy donnant sur une rue piétonne au calme, une propreté impeccable et un ascenseur rare pour un hôtel deux étoiles. Une bonne expérience au centre de Cherbourg

Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et très propres. Le personnel et la directrice sont tout à fait disponibles et sympathiques. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, à côté du théâtre et non loin des principaux musées cherbourgeois.

L'accueil est très agréable. la chambre correcte et d'un prix raisonnable. Situé en centre ville mais dans une rue piétonne, à proximité d'un grand parking. A deux pas du théatre et en face du Musée Henry. Rien à redire.

«les parapluies de cherbourg» the movie remembered from childhood. To be in here is already great. Hotel is ordinary with narrow stairs and small room but in the centre of dream. Parking place is free and big and just 5 minutes on foot away. Special thanks for Anna so helpful and kind.

Un accueil agréable et pétillant par la personne qui nous reçoit et sert le petit déjeuner.Un hôtel économique en plein centre de Cherbourg à moins de dix minutes à pieds de la gare. Très bon accueil,on y dort bien,le petit-déjeuner est bien,la wifi est un bon faible au 4 ème étage.Dans l’ensemble c’est positif.

A lire les commentaires j’ai l’impression qu’il s’agit de 2 hôtels différents : la chambre est propre, mais peu fonctionnelle, bouilloire dans thé/café, j’ai eu froid malgré doubles vitrages (sentiment partagé avec autres occupants), les murs sont fins (j’entendais télé puis réveil), le sol était mince et grinçant, la salle de bain est comme moulée très vieille (numéro de fabricant à 8 chiffres !!) et robinet fuyard qui alimente soit lavabo soit douche sans mitigeur. Je n’avais même pas la place de me savonner avec le rideau tiré !!!! Je suis venu, j’ai vu, je n’y retournerai plus… Le petit déjeuner est bien : pain frais, beurre demi sel / doux (très apprécié), confiture, fruits frais et croissant.
