Resort Limax Acis

I booked this property as a base for visiting the Langhe area around Barolo and La Morra and I must say I'm very happy with the choice I made. The resort is very beautiful, halfway between La Morra and Cherasco in a very quiet area, in fact it is truly an oasis of peace and relaxation. The room chosen was a Superior overlooking the garden, newly renovated and spacious. Very comfortable bed, congratulations on the choice of mattress, I had a great time. Impeccable cleaning. I want to congratulate all the staff both in the reception and in the restaurant: kind, professional and always available for any request. For example, it was possible to move the activity booked before my arrival, the horse ride, by a day, without any problem. Speaking of the hotel services, I recommend the horse ride. The staff at the stables (about 20 minutes from the resort) were very kind and despite the bad weather, they made us spend a wonderful experience in the Langhe countryside. The excellent breakfast, with quality raw materials and a menu dedicated to eggs with an excellent choice of cooking types. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a few days in this wonderful area of ​​Italy.

I had an excellent stay in this wonderful structure, submerged in nature, it offers tranquility and serenity. Great attention to detail and kind staff, it is also possible to bring our four-legged friends who are provided with a kennel and a bowl. The outdoor swimming pool and all the greenery that surrounds it are beautiful. We also tried the hotel restaurant and ate very well. I will definitely come back!!!

We stayed there for a few days in September. Were so satisfied and extended one night. Really nice staff. Food in the restaurant was great, unfortunately not open every day. Could even sunbathe a little by the pool one day.

Non sono solito recensire così negativamente una struttura, le precedenti 316 recensioni sono lì a dimostralo, ma purtroppo quello che è successo ci ha parecchio deluso e inevitabilmente ha influenzato il nostro giudizio. Premessa, abbiamo prenotato 4 stanze (1 Deluxe, 1 Superior, 2 standard) con circa 2 mesi di anticipo con tariffa “non rimborsabile” per 2 notti (7 adulti + 1 bambina). Sempre tramite l’hotel abbiamo prenotato anticipatamente 2 cene per 7 persone più 1 bambina al ristorante dell’hotel (che è una gestione separata e si vede) e le biciclette elettriche. Il tutto in modo rapido e professionale come ci si aspetta da una struttura che si professa di quattro stelle. Il contesto è quello di un viaggio in famiglia per festeggiare un compleanno, quindi un viaggio organizzato e atteso. Purtroppo, la sfortuna a volta si manifesta. Nel nostro caso nostra figlia di 8 mesi si ammala e a causa un trattamento medico vincolante siamo obbligati a saltare la prima delle due notti e rimandare la partenza al giorno successivo, il resto della comitiva invece arriva all’albergo come da programma. Per buona educazione e cortesia, il giorno in cui scopriamo che non possiamo partire (due giorni prima del nostro arrivo previsto), decidiamo di avvertire l’albergo di questa situazione, senza aspettarci niente soprattutto alla luce del fatto che sapevamo che la tariffa da noi scelta fosse non rimborsabile. Semplicemente abbiamo avvertito che saremmo arrivati il giorno successivo. La persona al telefono si è dimostrata gentile, si è detta dispiaciuta e ha ribadito che effettivamente la tariffa era non rimborsabile. Nessun problema, semplicemente arriviamo il giorno successivo (questo il nostro pensiero). Frustrati dal non poter partire per un viaggio tanto voluto e festeggiare fin dalla prima sera, ci siamo comunque apprestati a far le valigie pronti per partire il giorno successivo (viviamo a 2 ore di auto dall’hotel). La delusione si manifesta il giorno prima della nostra partenza, quando il resto della comitiva raggiunge l’albergo. Una persona della nostra comitiva scherzosamente chiede alla persona alla reception di “rubarci” la camera Superior prenotata e pagata per me, la mia compagna e la mia bambina a scapito della sua Standard. La risposta che arriva delude e spiazza anche le persone che sono di fronte alla reception: la camera è stata immediatamente rimessa in vendita al momento della mia chiamata. Veniamo avvertiti di questa situazione e chiamo immediatamente la struttura per avere delucidazioni e spiegando che io ho prenotato e pagato la camera anticipatamente per due notti (ingenuamente pensando che la prenotazione andasse dall’orario del check-in del giorno della prima notte al check-out del giorno successivo alla seconda notte, eh invece no) La persona al telefono mi spiega che la politica della struttura è questa, nonostante io abbia già pagato la camera per 2 notti, il non presentarmi implica l’annullamento della camera. Quindi avrei avuto

Il resort è davvero bello, ci hanno accolto in maniere impeccabile… ma purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa del ristorante, cenato con piatti ben presenti ma con poco gusto, mi aspettavo di fare un’esperienza culinaria positiva ed invece il voto è davvero basso!!!!!!
