직원분들도 친절하시고 시설도 깔끔하게 청소해주셔서 너무 좋습니다! 샴푸나 바디워시의 보충이 좀 부족한 점만 아쉽습니다. 앞으로 가능하시면 비누는 액체로 해주시고 샴푸 바디워시 향도 바꿔주셨으면 좋겠습니다……! 청주갈 때는 다음에도 꼭 찾아가겠습니다.

我的手冊因為有點皺摺，我上午起床先把它壓在音響下，但是我離開時忘了帶走。但我們行李箱寄放櫃檯就出去玩，下午想到音響下的東西未拿走，馬上坐車回飯店請櫃檯幫忙找，他們回覆：「房間已整理好，也沒有發現任何物品。」因為我們的行李跟包包也都還寄放櫃檯，所以我們現場打開，也確認都不在我們行李跟身上。
詢問櫃檯是否人員有不小心丟掉，但是他們很強硬的說他們不會丟掉任何東西，打掃人員有撿到東西也一定會拿到櫃檯。但我確實在房間遺失了一本手冊，他們櫃檯回復一直說他們做事有sop不會有錯，質疑我說謊。
前幾天覺得住的很棒很舒服，但最後一天體驗很差，我自己沒有注意把東西遺留在房間我自己也有錯，如果不小心被當垃圾丟掉跟我說一聲我也可以接受，但是我不能接受櫃檯因為打掃人員回覆沒有撿到或丟掉東西，而指責客人說謊，讓我難過很久。不然原本是想每次來都住這邊，喜歡這裡的環境跟便利。

시내권이라 위치 좋구요 주차 공간은 좀 부족하지만 기계식 주차가 있고 주차 안내 해주시는 분들고 유쾌하고 좋습니다 다만 체크아웃시 딜레이 될 수 있으니 기계주차하시면 일찍 차를 빼시는걸 추천드려요 ! 주변 상권 많아서 밤낮 멀리가지 않아도 됩니다 ! 배달은 1층 로비에서 받거나 3층까지도 올라와 주시니 편하네요 프론트 직원분들 말투와 행동에서 친절함이 잊혀지지 않아 숙박하게 된다면 계속 글로스터에서 하고 싶어요 !

The room size is slightly small but is manageable for 2 pax with small luggage. The location of the hotel is good with lotte shopping outlet just 2 traffic lights across the street and other departmental stall next block. It has ample parking for guests and has a good buffet breakfast spread from local to international options..

조식 진짜 맛있었지만 피트니스 시설은 so so였구요
모던하고 깔끔한 디자인, 청결도 모두 좋았습니다~
외부 마트 백화점 등 가까이 있고 고속도로와 가까워 지역이점도 좋은 것 같습니다^^ 맛있는것 시켜먹기도 좋습니다
