春節長沙玩，經過郴州休息入住。民宿是私營酒店式管理，有地下停車場，停車方便！工作人員熱情有禮貌。樓下有食店，叫外賣也方便！

入住體驗感不強，畢竟小縣城城區，花個三百多。
前台服務一般，我問有茶飲沒，還不耐煩🙄，我自己去前台側面去倒…（大冷天，喝杯冷水）
房間洗手枱有一個櫃子鬆動，關不緊，差點刮到腳。房間缺少點…有點不值一樣
印象最差是：明明收了二百按金，在前台借個指甲刀用下，當時我手指被撞破了，需要修理下，前台服務最沒素質，當其他幾位客人面説：別拿走…我笑了…值多少錢。什麼鬼👻…（送個大拇指👍給你們，我謝謝你們！）

住過很多次了，首先前台工作人員服務都很專業，態度也是非常棒，其次房間的設施齊全，環境整潔，衞生也是做的非常細緻，每個角落打掃的都非常到位，最後酒店提供的那些額外的小物品跟接機服務也讓人感覺十分温暖，之後還會繼續入住這家酒店，非常不錯[強]

到郴州旅遊原本訂的另一家酒店，結果那家酒店大堂香薰味太刺鼻，我們聞不了😅看到了這家酒店，先去看房，酒店前台漂亮小姐姐非常熱情接待，酒店很乾凈，沒有任何異味，房間設施齊全配備的一次性用品質量也很好！酒店客房在25樓以上，從窗户看夜景也很美！附近餐館很多很方便！推薦入住喔👍
