入住很多次了 每次的體驗都不一樣 前台的工作人員 服務非常的周到細緻 入住送了ad鈣 前台也有免費的紙巾領取 五一假期期間雖然很忙碌服務也跟得上來 小姐姐也很給力 退房還送了我小禮品 房間的環境也很好 樓層高視野好 房間還蠻大的 下次還會來～

很棒的一次入住體驗，前台小姐姐也很熱情免費升級房間，還送了兩個可愛多的玩偶🧸 入住真的要選擇大品牌衞生方面都很好，也沒有異味。離欲後街很近，附近也有很多宵夜店。

已經N次住維也納了，服務沒得説，過年可能忙不過來，等了半個小時就把房間打掃完。房間衞生乾淨，停車位充足。離裕後街比較近。

服務態度極差，沒有服務人員引導如何停車，要自己下車問服務前台後再開車繞一圈找到地下停車場後才能停車，而且酒店的空調不製冷，太熱，諮詢服務前台人員也是愛塔不理。五一的價格還貴的離譜。差評

一次很好的入住體驗，首先入住酒店前台熱情問候接待為我們辦理入住，而且詢問了入住意向接着樓層給我們安排的也很高，看到的風景很別緻，放眼望去大綠山白雲朵都特別漂亮，入住的時候前台還介紹參與活動有精美小禮品贈送，這邊也是直接領取了一個小公仔給小朋友，小朋友也很喜歡，入住房間之後感覺各方面都很好，最好的就是前台服務，熱情而且有耐心，下次繼續入住維也納品牌，值得推薦大家入住，很棒棒！！！！
