一家人從廣東自駕到郴州玩，來的時候看過很多攻略，考慮到帶孩子，所以還是將住宿點定在裕後街周邊，這樣吃飯也都方便。
看過裕後街周邊很多酒店評論，不是隔音差比較吵，就是有蟲子。
在選定維也納之前，也看過酒店評論，但出於連鎖酒店的信任還是選擇了維也納。
酒店工作人員無論是前台崗位，還是餐廳崗位，接人待物都很熱情。
總體而言，最滿意酒店工作人員的服務態度、居住環境安靜的舒適性、酒店周邊的便利性。

房間乾淨整潔空氣好，床鋪和座椅都非常舒服。酒店地下有停車場非常方便，就是得提前請酒店前台幫忙確認停車場的入口。早餐的味道也很好，不糊弄。網上預訂的衹有一人早餐，前台又免費送了一份，非常貼心。

水龍頭水這麼黃，還好，放了十幾分鍾水白了！一家四口訂了雙人床，很悶。想開點冷氣都沒有！前台説全部限制了，衹能開暖氣！一家四口悶的睡不好，不舒服！

設施：配備齊全，餐廳早餐也挺豐富的，畢竟是維也納國際酒店
衞生：乾淨衞生，特別是衞生間的霧化玻璃，高大上的感覺👍
環境：臨近裕後街，步行十幾分鍾就到，附近吃的很方便
服務：前台及客房服務都很好
