知道有小朋友入住非常貼心的給了佈置，還給小朋友準備了專門的毛巾，走的時候還送了小禮品，非常好的一次體驗，下次來郴州還會選擇這裏^_^

住着五星級酒店 享受着沒有星級的服務 一肚子火
1.我定的商務大床房 剛進入房間 一股好大的氣味説不出的味道 一看就是那種幾百年沒人打掃過的樣子 然後我聯繫前台換了房間 前台工作人員上來送了房卡 我當時也叫工作人員自己聞一下 工作人員什麼也沒説 一臉**的樣子……… 我就自行來了另一個房間住
2. 大半夜11點多的樣子 我快睡著了 一個男的拿着房卡打開了我的房門 嚇得半死 我説了一句有人 第一次碰到這種情況 還是在五星級酒店…………… 連最基本的安全保障都沒有 我一個女孩子獨住 然後我又聯繫前台 工作人員接了電話説查清楚一下什麼情況 就直接掛斷了電話 一句任何安撫的話的沒有……… 後面過來回了電話過來 解釋了是因為給我換了房間 房卡沒刷………… 這種低級的錯誤也能範 我估計是這間房肯定是又開給另一個客人了……… 到這時 工作人員也沒有任何負責任的態度 好像當做什麼事都沒發生一樣 如果是真的發生了什麼事 你們酒店吃不了兜着走🤬🤬🤬
3.第二天早上吃早餐 餐桌上連雙筷子都沒有 服務員排排站 沒有任何人幫忙…… 餐桌上的碎渣也沒人收拾 我吃個6塊錢的粉也不至於連個筷子都沒有……… 更何況這百把塊錢的早餐 一肚子火真的是 包括到退房了 工作人員沒有任何態度 好像什麼事也沒發生一樣 這樣的酒店 不配為五星級。。。 。。。 便捷酒店都不如 建議大家以後住酒店時擦亮眼睛

我是旅遊淡季去的，酒店大堂烏壓壓一片，接待了好多長者旅行團接。酒店看上去有一定年頭了，設計風格死氣沉沉，裏面都是事業行政喜歡的紅木傢俱，燈光昏暗還有點壓抑，反正我欣賞不來。歡迎水果過於寒酸，還不如不送。一大堆零食都是要付費的。蘇打水一支10塊。餐廳菜式偏貴，一盤鴨血108味道還一般。健身房客人可以免費用
總的來説，這家店適合老年人住，自駕遊或有小朋友的可以繞道

酒店離鬧市區大約8公里，車程二十來分鐘，去的時候正值旅發大會，屬於是人比較多比較熱鬧的時候，酒店入住的人着實不少
非常棒的一次入住體驗，接待的妹子很貼心，遇到的酒店員工都會微笑問候，非常不錯！酒店的自助早餐品種也很多，還有本地特色的魚粉，可惜沒吃到**殼飯
