Stayed in this hotel for the second time. The hotel was newly renovated with a new name. The location is good. The room is spacious and clean. Though air-conditioning is provided in each room, the control depends on the hotel management. If the outside temperature is cool, they will shut down the air-conditioning. Room guests have no control of it even though the room, with a small window, can be a bit stuffy.

我必須給這個酒店一個大大滴好評，首先酒店的地理位置非常好，離城市最繁華熱鬧的地方只有大概十分鐘左右。酒店也提供了非常好的服務，給升級了房型，有什麼問題都得到了解決，讓我在出行方面非常便捷。酒店房間也很大，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店周邊有很多當地的特色美食比如燒雞公，雖然很辣，但真的很好吃😋 ，已經在期待下一次入住了，推薦推薦

設施：停車場車位很多，有兩層，免費停車，還有健身房，有三台跑步機，有免費洗衣房，洗完有大姐幫忙烘乾疊好送回房間
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店大廳很大，旁邊有個茶歇區，可以免費喝茶，房間水壓很大洗澡特別舒服，床也很舒服，我平常睡眠不是很好的，在這睡得很香
服務：服務非常熱情，進酒店就有熱茶喝，前台看我們有三個人還多送了一份早餐免費升級了房型。
總體非常滿意的入住體驗，從進酒店到退房服務員都是笑臉的打招呼，很推薦😄

年初一晚住暖陽，體驗很好，房間很大，年初二沒雙床，年初三又趕緊預訂了。
服務：前台小姐姐和老闆娘都很熱情，能幫忙解決問題。
設施：房間很大很寬敞，衞生間也是！床墊很舒服。沖涼水壓也很夠。早餐沒這麼豐富，但是魚粉還是可以的。

很幸運的選擇了大屋裡！位置去裕後街，北湖公園，步步高等等景點都是10分鐘左右。最重要是房間很大，而且房間隔音也可以，一點噪音也沒有。前台的服務員態度好，又温柔，退房的時候及時打電話提醒，漏了一件外套，中間又發現漏了一瓶洗髮水，知道不方便回去拿，還幫我寄回家！

每來郴州，必住的酒店，已經住過三次啦！推薦的理由：1.酒店環境整潔，房間佈置堪稱完美優雅。衞生整潔，隔音效果不錯。2.前台小姐姐服務很周到，讓人無比舒心，給我營造了一種家的感覺，原本訂的是歸燕休閑雙床房，前台小姐姐給我升級了暖陽旅居雙床房，還帶有一個陽台，房間真的很大很舒服。3.床墊還是慕思床墊睡起真的超級nice。4.酒店十樓還有免費健身房，十七樓還有免費影院和自助洗衣房，而且還有自助早餐品類很多！設備設施真的太齊全了！5.酒店附近吃的逛的都有，離步步高商場不遠，出行也方便。真的非常滿意，性價比真的很高！強烈推薦。

門卡打不開房門，房間電話不通，上下跑了很多回。房間的空調開了整晚，才提高了3℃，冷的不行，基本形同虛設。房間有煙味，住着不舒服。不值得這個價格了。優點是房間比較大。

酒店都很清潔，服務員態度都很好。我最喜歡的是沖涼的花灑頭夠大，出水很大，水壓也很強。在這麼冷的天氣，回到酒店能享受一個熱水涼，真是很舒服。不過枕頭就不是那麼好，床有點硬，不太舒服。早餐就不太理想，所以吃了一餐就沒有再吃了。總體來說，這是一間很好的酒店。
