酒店非常好，很乾凈，裝修也挺新的，位置也特別方便，離郴州站300米，周邊吃東西、交通都很方便。離店那天因為白天要出去玩，老闆還幫忙寄存了行李，很感謝！價錢也便宜，很值。

服務態度極差，要人催着搞衞生，洗漱用品也不換，坐地起價的行為極其卑劣，但是懶得搬東西，太浪費時間。

房間是新裝修的、樓下買東西和吃飯都很方便、菜市場和賣服裝的都在附近、約100米、距離火車站走路也就10分鐘這樣子吧

唯一還能接受的是賓館衞生還算乾淨整潔。很影響體驗的是第二天還不到11點，老闆説可不可以要我們先把東西拿出來放她那裡，讓他先把房間衞生搞好，十一客人多希望可以早點搞完衞生。好心答應，結果不到十二點我們回來房間就已經開出去給其他人了！開空調另收十元可以接受，但是不開空調房間就衹有一個插座可用，其他都是連着空調一起的，也是很無語了。😓希望可以改善
