房間設施很好，一開始讓人有較高的期待，但事與願違。第一，冷空調不開。雖然還在冬春季節，但入住這天氣温飆升到 20 多度，如果關上窗户的話必須打開冷空調，窗外緊鄰馬路十分嘈雜，我必須關窗才能休息。怪異的是，空調根本無法制冷設定20度，結果房內温度不斷增高至28度，讓人無法入睡，連枕頭都被汗濕了。作為一個上檔次的酒店，這讓人無法想象。第二，樓上吵。樓上不知住的什麼人，總是有各種吵鬧跑動的聲音，我在晚 12:00的時候打電話給前台前台説會處理，但一直到一點左右才停止。這些讓本身已經非常疲勞的我們根本無法正常休息。
