位置特別好找，我們是三人週末出行，有住青旅的旅行習慣，床位真的比預期中要舒服和乾淨！老闆特別好還送了飲用水和一次性毛巾，照片均是樓下北湖公園拍攝，在青旅的窗口就可以拍圖1的風景。明年四月二刷郴州東江湖和仰天湖大草原的時候一定再次來淑媛住！

房東很熱情！整個入住過程非常愉快！剛下車房東接待，幫忙拿行李，還一路帶領我們找房間，映入眼簾的房間佈局很精緻清新，並且屋內各類設施非常齊全，衞生也很細緻，房東非常有耐心，很滿意的一次入住體驗，個人很tui薦！

位置相對來説還算好找，在一個小區裏，可以看得到北湖公園。但除了這點好，其他的實在沒法評價就很離譜，客廳是住的男生，女生房間門白天是需要敞開的（説是客廳沒有空調）洗手間算不上乾淨，衹能説衞生一般吧，價格便宜，我也就忍了。首先，第一點：老闆一點分寸感都沒有，隨便進出女生房間，我當時在睡覺內衣都沒穿，當時已經快把我嚇死了，但還是假裝鎮定説沒事。事情是因為他在客廳跟一個長租客吵架把我吵醒了，然後進來跟我道歉，説不好意思😅）第二點：什麼魚龍混雜的人都有，我睡眠淺，兩個女孩子大晚上回來又被吵醒，雖然知道是我自己的問題，但還是沒辦法接受。第三點：房間衞生簡直了，也不知道這些好評怎麼來的，我的床上有電鑽，有鼻屎💩，甚至還有一包紙巾藏在床墊裡頭，被套也不知道會不會一客一換，就很離譜。（是的，價格便宜我也忍了🥲）第四點：當時我看完日出回來，想着補覺，然後回去，他們竟然在裝床，還想着讓我幫忙，啊～就無語，然後我衹能又出去了第五點也是最重要的一點，老闆是不是好人我不知道，不對他個人做出評價，但住了那麼多青旅，第一次遇到這麼多破事，他的所作所為已經對我造成**擾，女孩子一個人去玩還是儘量別選擇這種青旅#性價比沒有性價比，千萬別住

住的非常舒服，和朋友點了個湖景雙人間，這個價格真的是太實惠了。旁邊步步高商場 友阿商場非常近，下來就是公交站，去高鐵站火車站都非常方便。早上睡個懶覺還能去北湖公園遛彎。樓下粉店夜宵店也很好吃。一起住的年輕人素質也很可惜，大家都很安靜，用衞生間都很井然有序。強力推薦湖景房，景色非常好，晚上可以看到北湖公園的夜景。

地理位置沒的説 小高層有電梯，價格無敵的實惠，是學生黨年輕人的理想臨時落腳地，唯一美中不足的是衞生確實不太乾淨 被套之類的應該是從來沒有換過，一摸起來就能聞到一股汗味😓還好我自己帶了厚實的毛絨睡衣沒有貼身蓋 但是這個價格卻是不能挑剔，洗澡水很熱

一進去發現客廳都是男孩子有點嚇到我了，然後發現老闆在廚房裡，問了一下他，他就帶我進了房間，給了我新床單被套需要自己鋪床，窗外風景還可以，就是牀板太響了動一下就有聲音。

我是騎行到的，看網上評價我還有些不相信。入住後總結下來臟亂差臭，位置時挺方便的在小區應該是自己買的房子改成了青旅。住宿方面男生是住在客廳，女生有個房間，大家共用衞生間，客廳臟垃圾很多，床鋪那裡還算乾淨，總體來説不建議入住。照片可以參考一下其他評論
