環境：大堂很漂亮，新裝修的酒店住的很舒服呢！
服務：前台小姑娘很漂亮，也很熱情。尤其要誇一下樓上的阿姨，衣服放自助洗衣機，阿姨幫送回來，服務真的好好，對於我這種經常出差的人，真的很方便！就沖這服務都得給個五星好評👍，早餐味口味也不錯，還有當地的魚粉，太匆忙，忘記拍照了😅

我們訂了一間家庭房一間雙床房，有個前台小姐姐黃溪羽服務態度很好，很貼心，然後酒店房間都挺大的，住得很舒服，房間各方面衞生都可以，自助早餐也有很多食物選，停車也方便，歡迎去郴州玩的小夥伴們去住！

服務非常好，華住會旗下品牌，裝修硬件這家酒店真的太棒了！從進入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了工作人員的熱情和專業。前台辦理入住手續非常快，而且態度親切，詳細地給我們介紹了酒店的各種設施和服務。房間特別乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一躺上去就不想起來。房間的隔音效果也很好，晚上能安靜地入睡。酒店的浴室設施齊全，熱水充足，洗澡非常舒服。酒店的早餐也非常豐富，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲料應有盡有，味道也很不錯。酒店的位置也很方便，周邊有很多景點和商場，出行非常便利。總之，這次入住體驗非常愉快，下次還會選擇這家酒店。強烈推薦給大家！

出行最佳選擇，很喜歡這裏的環境，酒店的設施設備齊全，智能客控，無論是客房裡的各項配置還是公共區域的功能區，都能滿足出行需求。房間打掃及時，角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，一進門就覺得特別安心。更讓人印象深刻的是服務，從入住到離店，接觸到的每一位工作人員都特別熱情，笑容親切。

槽點太多，一一道來
1、房間新裝修，味道太大！
2、凌晨4點被熱醒，房間停電，致電前台，發現衹是我們住的樓層停電，要求更換房間，前台回答滿房，沒有空閑房間，10分鐘後再致電，同意更換到其他樓層，去到樓層發現，大部分房間空閑，開門通風，其他樓層一樣味道太大，因為帶着孩子，味道太大，再次與前台協商，想要退房退款，前台人員回覆，領導不接電話，想着不要為難工作人員，又更換其他樓層，繼續入住。
3、酒店提供的馬桶墊與馬桶蓋不匹配。
4、臨街關窗味道太大，開窗噪音太大。
5、整個換房過程衹有保安大哥全程幫忙，我們帶着兩個孩子，還有好多行李，服務有待提高。
6、酒店停車場太小，從停車場到酒店大堂沒有電梯，全程衹能靠自己。
7、衞生可能因為開窗的緣故，地面上有灰。
除了保安，和打掃衞生的大姐服務態度比較好，其他……
