前台很好，看我們帶娃給我們升級了房型，房間是我喜歡的風格。房間內有温泉泡池，可以在房間泡温泉。之前看評價有不好的，挺忐忑，不過去了發現沒這種情況，房間也是前台小哥帶我們過去的，服務很好，房間內温泉水也夠熱，水量也挺大的。

酒店位置距離市中心開車半小時，酒店環境優美，這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置優越，交通便捷。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，衞生打掃得一塵不染，氛圍感拉滿。工作人員熱情周到，從前台到保潔都耐心解答問題。早餐種類豐富，中西式搭配合理。性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏！

酒店很有風格，白色的建築以及造型度假風滿滿。進入大廳，工作人員熱情地迎接了我們，辦理入住手續的速度也很快。房間很大很有特色，佈置得很温馨，物品擺放整齊，床也比較舒服。衞生間乾淨無異味，基本的洗漱用品都有提供。五一期間周邊遊原本定了一晚，入住後果斷退了後面其他酒店立即又續住一晚。無論是情侶出遊、家庭度假，這裏都非常適合，強烈推薦👍👍👍

小朋友玩的很開心，入住時前台還送了小玩具給孩子玩水，房間衞生乾淨整潔，如果有更硬一點的枕頭就好了，房間的枕頭對我來説太軟了，早餐的品種還挺多，但是早上胃口不好吃不了太多，酒店可以考慮設一個自助晚餐。

這裏的環境超級好，房間乾淨，酒店設計很有特點，前台小妹子很熱情主動幫忙拉行李，還給我們準備了歡迎水果，雖然不是很大氣哈哈，但是誠意滿滿，住的時候房間有點小問題，但是很快就解決了，下次過來郴州玩還住這裏

第一次來郴州，出發前天氣預報還顯示可能下雨，當時還有點鬱悶，但是到了酒店後天氣轉晴了，心情大好，酒店離市區不算太遠，自駕出遊還是比較方便的，酒店很漂亮，我在樓下拍了好久的照片才回房間，服務很熱情，送我去房間的路上我還讓小姐姐給我推薦了郴州美食，連住了兩晚感覺身心都放鬆了，拜拜郴州，有機會還會再來玩的

路過很多次，都不知道這裡有個這麼大的度假酒店，還是刷**才刷到，住了一晚體驗感還可以，温泉水有一點礦物質，在接受範圍內，去了天空圖書館，裏面的書太多啦，很多我想看的，可惜時間有限，下次再來參觀

上次過年入住的時候體驗感真的差爆了，不知道是不是節假日人多的原因，不過這次入住衞生和服務有了很大提升了，前台小妹妹很熱情幫忙拉行李，因為上次不滿意，這次免費給我們升級了房間，看到我們帶着小孩子還送了個玩具，希望一直保持吧
