酒店對面就是金國魚粉，還有步步高商場。
酒店房間內設施非常齊備，電動窗簾，升降投影，智能馬桶。備品特別乾淨，床很舒服，枕頭有蕎麥枕和軟枕兩種。品質對標國際四星。如今的民營酒店細節能做到如此之好，極具性價比。

一年平均出差100晚，突然看到郴州新開業酒店，這個價格，這個地段，真的吊打同級別酒店，85寸電視，天貓精靈，浴袍，電動馬桶，這些都是400➕酒店的配置，美豪居然都配齊了 就是房間有一點點味道，開了空調就還好，整體真的不錯，值得這個價格，也值得花時間寫這個點評！

位置好，步行街對面，特別方便。早餐種類很多，很豐富，特別是這個粉，簡直無敵，房間衞生也乾淨，還有冰箱，服務也特別好，前台小姐姐特別漂亮！下次還會選擇這家店！

800 塊的房間，居然這麼差。第一間房一進去很重的下水道味道，想馬上開空調通風，結果空調異響（非常大聲）。深夜協調了換房間，結果新的房間門鎖壞了，會一直報警，弄到深夜。這樣的環境實在是太差。

地理位置可以，房間應該是新裝修不久，訂了兩間房，有一個房間有些新傢俱的味道，房間雖小，五臟俱全，服務還好，主要離景點近
