It was so infuriating. We arrived late that day and didn't check the hygiene carefully. The next day, we found a blood stain on the quilt. The cleaning lady kept arguing that they always checked it at other times, meaning that we were wrongly accusing her of it.
When we left the next day, we left our facial cleanser in the bathroom and forgot to take it with us (it was completely new and we just opened it on the day of our stay). The maid and the front desk didn't remind us or call us to get it.
The room is not soundproof, and I can always hear noises outside the door.

設施：給我們免費升級了可以看投影的房間，但是是頭房，隔壁就是健身房工作間所以會有一點吵
衞生：挺好的，最好一天忘記跟阿姨説不用搞續住衞生阿姨還是弄了。
環境：離郴州站非常近，很方便
服務：前台的培訓有待加強噢，感覺很多東西不太會。連住好幾天，第二天房門就打不開了。不過還是要謝謝給我們升級房型了。所以還是給五星好評，下次再來玩還會住。整體體驗感還是挺好的，有鏡子🪞有投影可以追劇還可以叫小度
晚安養生宵夜:種類非常少，衹有一種，而且不是熱的。

酒店員工的服務態度非常友好，總是面帶微笑，熱情周到地為我們服務，讓我們感受到了家的温暖。前台服務熱情周到。就是衞生讓我不敢想，我住了差不多快十次了，阿姨打掃的真的讓我不敢想，浴巾和毛巾直接不換，當著我麪都不換。雖然酒店毛巾可以不用，但是你起碼給我換一下，注意衞生吧。保潔阿姨的衞生做的太差，也就前台服務好，真的反差太大。不會去了
