首先酒店位置很棒，離京港澳高速特別近，周圍環境很不錯，外賣大概有300多家可選，特色燒雞公、茶顏悦色等，酒店機器人會及時送到房間門口。隔音效果很好，電梯很快，所有場所刷房卡不需要按樓層，很安全。晚上睡覺也很安靜，不會吵。其次酒店環境很好，大堂明亮乾淨，佈置得很有年味，所有的工作人員都是男帥女美，特別熱情主動問好，微笑服務，解答問題非常快速。尤其表揚前台萌琳露，服務態度很温和，很注重細節，看到我帶了2個孩子，主動詢問給了拖鞋和牙刷，離開時主動給了福袋和小禮物。最後酒店的自助洗衣房、健身房很棒，房間的電視可投屏、可隨時觀看洗衣房每個機器的進度，工作人員需要時會超快速出現，精準解決問題！點名表揚客房部的歐美女，1月18號晚上20點多1205房間的洗手盆流水問題快速解決，全程耐心細緻在維修。

I drove through Chenzhou and checked into Chenzhou International Hotel. My first impression was that the parking lot was very narrow and the parking spaces were tight. My second impression was that not all guests who checked in could go for a swim in the swimming pool. There was actually a difference. I booked a room online. I didn't see this description at the time, but fortunately the hotel gave me a swimming ticket for 2 people, so I went to experience it. However, because the hotel swimming pool is not big and open to the public, there are many people and it is very noisy, so the experience is not very good. The room is not bad. Although the decoration is very old, the room is very spacious, especially the bathroom is very large, and the sink is also very large, which is easy to store items. However, since the wardrobe in the room is only separated from the next room by a wooden board, guests in the neighboring room always feel like they are in their own room when opening the wardrobe, and there is very little sound insulation. Went for breakfast at 8:30, and there were not many dishes to choose from. The price is more than 200, which is not bad.

The room is tidy but the interior style is very outdated. All of the appliances are in order. The bathroom is a pleasure to use. My window was looking at a construction site. I asked for laundry service and the staff escorted me to an underground floor through a back elevator, which I didn't like. Breakfast food is good, but the restaurant arrangement is awkward - there are only big round tables for everyone to sit together. The staff is very enthusiastic and helping. Overall the experience is good.

After the Lantern Festival, my wife and I drove with my parents and a group of 4 people back to Shenzhen. We passed by Chenzhou and chose to stay in this hotel again. We didn't want to go far, so we had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. We ordered 4 dishes and 3 soups. The most expensive one was the beef with three fresh vegetables. This was the smallest beef with three fresh vegetables I have ever seen. The picture shows how it was served. It was too little. So I complained to the waiter, who said they couldn't do anything about it. After my insistence, a so-called manager came and said that the solution was to give me a 10% discount and a small fruit plate. When I left, I found that we were the only table in the whole restaurant. I strongly recommend not to dine here. It is not a five-star experience at all.

The hotel is very new, I saw a lot of people and finally decided this one, which exceeded expectations and I liked it very much. The tea downstairs is really amazing. The hotel room is large, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. The price is super cost-effective. I will definitely stay here next time.
