I stayed one night after arriving in Chennai as I was traveling south by myself. The room was compact, and there was a sofa for one person in addition to the chair, so I was able to relax. It's clean and the shower room is clean. I thought that the breakfast would be continental, but I was surprised to see a variety of Indian dishes. All the staff were kind, and to be honest, I was betrayed in a good way because I didn't expect it because it was India. It's not a resort hotel, so it's the minimum necessary, but I think it's a hotel where you can stay as if you were using a Japanese business hotel.

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.

We enjoyed lunch and service given by Sameer was awesome.food quality was also good.we really like to visit here whenever possible.Hotel ambience was really good.Easy to reach and parking and all facilities was awesome.Someones wants to visit they can visit.

I am Sivakumar and a PWD person who stayed in Citadines for business accommodation since a month the hotel serving person all are kind hearted person who helped a lot and helped me to move a wheelchair also room cleaning are perfect daily once they cleaning a room particularly Nijamual help me a lot and food also very hygienic in breakfast room one lady help me get a food thanks her.Also room contains TV,free Wifi ,Balcony and then Kitchen items are available like water kettle,bread toaster and then induction stove and some plates spoons etc available mainly fire extinguisher available.I think this is a best experience for me in professional ***ner and particularly security officer Injamamul helped me a lot ***y times and reception staff always gave me more respect for me. Thank you very much for the warm and hospitable staff of ibis sipcot, I had a great week in Chennai. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the hotel are amazing! There is a big shopping mall near the hotel and there is a big supermarket in it. Walk for 10-15 minutes. The road in India is a bit difficult to walk. Actually there is a juice bar next to it, and you can buy evaluated drinks and water

As the name suggests, it’s a decent hotel for quick travellers, who don’t expect much. But sometimes, basic expectations are disappointing as well. The rooms are sufficient, with the basic of basic needs met. A shower, twin beds, a washroom, locker, mini fridge and a basin is all that is there. Yes some rooms have a work table as well. The concerns start outside the room, lack of AC in the dining area, non operational lifts, blocked sinks, non operational ac in the room, an entrance which does not have a canopy, etc are the things I have seen in a 3 night stay. The staff is relatively inexperienced and try to handle the situation, but can get annoying at times.

very good! The bed was comfortable! Breakfast was pretty good, at least there was powder suitable for Chinese tastes!
