Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with ***y varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the ***ager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

We booked in the tower side of the hotel and the rooms were really lovely, well appointment, large bath and bedroom. The hotel is as Oasis in a very busy and warm city. The standard rooms which we saw weren't great. Would not call them 5 star standard. Food was good across the restaurants, lot's of choice Good pools and gym Breakfast was good but badly organised. They had queues building across the allocated space and chaos around where people should sit. They eventually had us walk over to their banquet rooms for breakfast, but if they know the number of occupied rooms this could have been ***aged better. Unless they have walk in breakfast guests.

The hotel room was nicely sized, had a comfy bed and had free daily fruit platters. There was a blackboard touch on each level that encouraged guests to practise Tamil! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even packed an early morning breakfast box for us. We had lots of conversations and good insights into the city and sightseeing through the staff members. The breakfast and dinner were outstandingly good! Would book here again and again!

Good food and service at focaccia restaurant in Hyatt regency Chennai. The ambience is pleasent. Focaccia bread was very soft and tasty. The pizza and lamb rack was very delicious. This is a lovely little hotel in the Egmore district. Stayed here for 2 nights - rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious. There is a very small gym on the 4th floor that needs some maintenance but is functional. The restaurant is very good and both breakfast and supper were enjoyable. There are several shops and eateries within easy walking distance. The WiFi was good when working. The staff were helpful and friendly. If I came to Chennai again I would happily stay here - it’s family friendly and comfortable.

Clubhouse made my recent stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. foremost, the cleanliness of my room was impeccable. As the name suggests, it’s a decent hotel for quick travellers, who don’t expect much. But sometimes, basic expectations are disappointing as well. The rooms are sufficient, with the basic of basic needs met. A shower, twin beds, a washroom, locker, mini fridge and a basin is all that is there. Yes some rooms have a work table as well. The concerns start outside the room, lack of AC in the dining area, non operational lifts, blocked sinks, non operational ac in the room, an entrance which does not have a canopy, etc are the things I have seen in a 3 night stay. The staff is relatively inexperienced and try to handle the situation, but can get annoying at times.

The hotel is immaculate with beautiful aroma while entering. The rooms are really large 484ft². If you are smokers, you would need to upgrade to a balcony room as the property is a non-smoking environment.
The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are perfect. Each room has a comfortable couch for a work station. The kitchenette is available to use at an additional 3000 inr extra. The dishwasher is available for use.
Bathroom is very spacious, and not to mention TAJ Soaps..
Pool, Gymnasium, steam and sauna are complimentary.

It is by far one of the highest standards of hospitality that we, as a family, have ever experienced. The team lives by the motto they wear on their sleeve, ”Service from the Heart”. Nowhere have we witnessed such a beautiful combination of a serviced apartment with star hotel like facilities. Right from the room design, hygiene, the food to promptness of service, a full five stars for everything. An everlasting memory! May thanks to Mr. Ravi and his highly motivated team.

Special thanks to the Chef : Hithayathullah S I would rate a promoter score if there were a NPS survey 😊 Finally the Banquet ***ager Divya was a great person to work with, she ensured all our meeting needs are taken care from the Quote estimation to Final Invoice.

时时间飞了At around 400, this city is currently the most recommended hotel. The service standard is not lost to domestic holidays. It is near the sea and the airport is not far. Although there are no shopping malls next door, the city has to take taxis wherever they go. Not expensive so it's very convenient
