This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everthing perfect. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and are always smiling. the rooms are large, very modern and perfectly clean, the roomboy David does an amzing job every day. The breakfast is huge and has a great choice and everything is fresh and well presented. The swimming pool area with its bar and resturant have a lovely atmoshere. and its great that you can swim up to midnight. Dip one of the waiters is friendly and very attentive. I will be back next year and will never ever stay anywhere else in Chennai

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coro***del. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. Hotel location is good, about half an hour drive from the airport, shopping and shopping around is more convenient. Good facilities, intimate service, rich breakfast and friendly staff. This hotel is very close to 2 very busy roads and a very busy petrol pump which operates 24 hrs.Hotel need double glazing windows.This is good to stay maximum 3 nights if more it’s a nightmare.Rooms are spacious,clean with all amenities eg kettle tea/coffee,free bottle of water per day,safe AC and fan. Food good but repetitive.Rest staff good but they work under stress,Had few issues in room service n restaurant like stone in soup,order forgotten etc.Gautam was excellent.Be careful buffet price goes up during weekends n nobody inform in house guests.Later saw a notice in restaurant wall which nobody read. We stayed a long time , have never seen hotel ***ager greet or talk to a guest and once we saw him shouting at a staff in front of guests. WiFi very bad in rooms 2 nd floor.Everytime had to contact reception for password.Very inconvenient. We booked through Booking.Com and made specific requests.It seems reservations don’t read requests.I requested a quiet room because of my age,I was allocated the noisiest room.Receptionit Ramados showed us 2 other rooms then moved to 2nd floor which was less noisy Thank you Ramados

Stayed for just 1 night but truly enjoyed every moment in this pragmatic business-cum-holiday modern Hotel. Location was excellent. The room'was spacious with all amenities and excellent mattress and linen quality. The bathroom was modern and had good water pressure with 24hrs running hot water, though the shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger. The therapist at the spa was very good too. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, but service could be improved. The Hotel has a very nice rooftop pool and bar but couldn't use it as it was raining! Special appreciation for Damu who went out of the way to accommodate my special request for an early check-in and late check-out due to my flight timings, besides keeping my suit safe while we travelled to Ooty and returned. Also, a big thanks to ***n who arranged the Hotel Car to drop and pick us up at a wedding, as all local cabs stopped services due to heavy rain! This Hotel goes the extra mile to make their guests truly feel home! We look forward to visiting them soon.
