The best hotel in town! I have stayed in several hotels in Chennai and this is by far one of the best. You feel totally excluded from the busy city of Chennai and have a nice a peaceful time in the hotel. The rooms are big and beautiful, the level of service is super high. The restaurants are really good. Would definitely recommend to try Pan Asia!

I have stayed in this hotel twice now, We were at Rela Institute for medical purposes, and had taken a two bedroom suit. It is by far one of the highest standards of hospitality that we, as a family, have ever experienced. The team lives by the motto they wear on their sleeve, ”Service from the Heart”. Nowhere have we witnessed such a beautiful combination of a serviced apartment with star hotel like facilities. I recently had the pleasure of staying at here during my trip to Chennai. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff. The room was immaculate and exuded a cozy yet luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable bed to the breathtaking view from the window.

Going to India for a business trip, good location, convenient transportation, high cost performance

Breakfast is rich in taste and variety. Facilities are kept clean. The face towel is soft and fluffy, but the bath towel is hard and thin and smells like the kitchen. Is it because I wash it with various things? Considering the room size, staff friendliness, and breakfast, this hotel is more affordable than the price.

The location of the hotel is very close to the exhibition hall, but it is relatively remote and there is no shopping mall or supermarket. The room rates are too expensive, and the five-star hotel in the city center is only half the price of the hotel I stayed in.
