Very nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. Awesome food.

It is an average place. Cleanliness was not bad. For the price charged the quality could have been better. The ac was centralised and did not work properly. They said they rectified the problem but after every hour it kept going off. I had to manually put the control switch on again and again. The water in the bathroom floor took a long time to dry. So had to be very careful not to slip and fall. They provided with clean towels, soap shampoo etc. The breakfast menu didn't have much option and the buffet was a bit over priced for what was offered. When ii went to clear the bill i found a 5% service charge. Coukd not understand what service was it. I had availed no service. When i asked about it they said it is "optional" and would remove it if i wanted to. Of course i asked them to remove it. Overall it was an "ok" place. When u pay around 4000 rs for a night u will expect a better room and service and amenities.

Location is just average. Food quality also average. Hot water not coming in proper way, very less force that shower can not operate. Bucket provided was leaking. When i went for breakfast, there was no space. Tv in room was problematic. No power in the room from 9:40 am till check out. Overall not value for money at all.

Front staff was very rude. Asked for early check in as i was with family and reached early to chennai so rushed to the hotel directly. We were kept waiting in reception for 3 hrs to get room.

We reached very late due to delayed flight but the staff arranged everything for us very promptly. Location is little far from city center as well as from main road, so if that concerns you this place might not be the best choice. The morning sunrise views and the lake view are beautiful. Good breakfast. Clean hygienic rooms and washrooms.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfy bed, quiet air conditioner, overall a nice stay near the railway station, better than other premium hotels near the station
