It's not worth it for high rates. I have never given negative feedback, but the staff service has to improve. No smile, no bother attitude, everyone behave as if they are going to resign soon attitude. They dont appreciate their guest. Not only for us, when we checked in, another guest was also showing his dismay. Not of Taj standard. Only when things go wrong, you would be able to evaluate the services. Overall, I would only recommend if prices are low.

Everything perfect only one area which I think a common problem with most of the hotel.

After a very long flight from london, we were looking forward to rwlax @ Taj club house, unfortunately we couldn't sleep till 2 pm, cause The hotel has a nightclub, which opens until 2 pm. every night, has too much noise, and lots of non guests visit the hotel.
The bathroom is also very small, and decor also bit out dated,
I wouldn't recommend Taj Club House to anyone.

Is 5mins walk to the mall, and this is the best thing if anyone travelling to India. Always find a hotel with a nearby mall.
The check in and out was morbidly slow, I mean is beyond slow, the front desk just took their time, seriously disappointing. There was a “Priority” counter, the lady there just refuses to help out even though no one was queueing at her counter, holy moly absolutely speechless

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent food and the warm hospitality of your team.
However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement:
• The use of strong scents in the common areas and rooms could be moderated, as it can be overwhelming at times.
• Room cleaning could be more thorough to ensure a consistently high standard.
• During my visit to the gym, I noticed that some of the equipment was not functioning properly, which limited the workout experience.

Room looks exactly same as picture. Clean and neat. Although for this price room amenities can be better. Like, they can place at least tissue paper. Great location. Overall we liked it.
