the hotel experience was very bad this time.
Though I had booked a 24 hr check-in check-out option privided durung booking , I was not allowed to check-in at 8 am in the mrng at the hotel. the worst part was made me pay 500 extra at the hotel for the 8 am check-in. very disappointing service . HOTEL SERVICE WAS VERY VERY BAD.

Booked 24 hrs check-in checkout on mmt. Hotel did not agree for it when i went there. Mm t helpdesk too made me pay rs. 500 extra for early check-in. Terrible experience with the hotel and mm t people.

The Guest house location is excellent as it is at the Chennai, T Nagars best Shopping area.Thee rooms are very small and lots of disturbance. Towels were not clean and the place was not clean.It was a below average experience for me.

This is an average quality, budget hotel for small families or solo travelers looking out for budget options. The easiest advantage of this hotel is the excellent location - right in the centre of T-Nagar which itself is the heart of Chennai and a shopper's paraidse. All major shopping streets are just walkable distance from this hotel. Otherwise, this is a rather average property. The rooms need lots of improvement and look old. Always recommended to book an Air conditioned room given how much of heat Chennai has even throughout the year. The AC rooms are not so expensive, so always book one if you get it. The reception staff were friendly and willing to answer if you asked for some guidance about shopping and dining options nearby. The staff have to definitely concentrate on the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, an average quality hotel.

The only advantage of this hotel is its fantastic location - it is in the center of the T Nagar shopping district close to all major jewellery and textile showrooms. Otherwise, it is a pretty ordinary, no-frills hotel suitable for middle class travelers. Only suited for people travelling alone for a quick 1-2 days Chennai visit. Not recommended for family travel. I had made the bookign well in advance through goibibo, but on the day we arrived, we had issues with respect to the rooms availability as there was some renovation work going on. Ultimately we got our a/c rooms after an hour wait at the reception. The room cleanliness was only average.

It's my business stay, third party vendor is make my trip there i found, very poor service, not even giving water more over to 500ml, no proper room service, not clean health, please don't recommend to others, and also don't make it for own need also
