Stayed here for 2 days and extended cos had midnight flight to catch. The TV in the room is just for deco, no use for it. Told the reception, but no action was taken
Room has weird like paint smell, which is very unpleasant. Food varieties for the breakfast buffet almost the same each day of my stay. Hospitality of the staffs are above average. Amenities of the hotel need to be improved as the room charges are quite expensive for a 3 star hotel.

It was nice stay I. Chennai , good location , staffs are supportive and friendly , lots of shopping malls and entertainment near by ,

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.

The location was great and the rooms were very well maintained. The staff was courteous and well behaved. The food and selection of drinks was good too. Overall, it was a good stay.

1. The location is in a prime location, close to the subway and spence plaza shopping mall, and is also very close to E Mall. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport, and you can get the car in 24 hours.

I just completed a great stay at Ibis city centre Chennai. While they have limited choices in the rooms but overall service is pretty warm. Special thanks to Mahmud in the Spiceit restaurant for his impeccable service and hospitality. Look forward to visit again! Regards Prince
