Location is not too near to touristy attractions such as marina beach. However, makes the hotel cheaper.
2 bottles of water is given daily - extra charged at 30rp/500ml bottle.
What’s really good about this hotel is it’s staff, they are really friendly.

Located in a corner of a luxury residential area, it is a very quiet place to relax. There is no front desk, and the image is that you came to a villa rather than a hotel. There is a courtyard, and if there are enough people, parties can be held.
The rooms are clean, and even from a Japanese perspective, they are very well-maintained. Above all, the staff was wonderful, and they were very helpful in arranging bus tickets and train tickets. Most friendly and kind!
You can also have breakfast and dinner.
The chicken masala and cheese butter rice were very good.
If I come to Chennai again, I will stay there again.

Numero uno location. The location is to die for. Very peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle. The Shower is absoultely one of the best in India easy. Superb water pressure. The only thing I missed was catching a glimpse of Rajini sir. It was slightly older property but the staff made up for it.

Had initially booked Their Madurai property for my daughter. So I tried booking for their chennai property to stay. I wasn't disappointed at all. Location was fantastic. Calm neighborhood. Being Next door to Rajinikanth sir house was a plus beyond imagination.

Visit Avenue 11 frequently with my friends. It is a silent paradise in the middle of our city. We have a quite weekend outing. Little bit dated all the furniture but the staff make it up. Always love to go there.

Very nice property in a calm serene location. Nice bungalow style. Booked a superior room. The room was very well furnished. Excellent shower in all of chennai. Rooms are slightly dated but still for the price excellent bet.
