Worst hotel no proper response no towel no bedsheet hotel shown in app is different to given hotel i had booked for two but stayed only one member bcoz of room

Location good, near chennai central station. Nearby bis restaurant. Hotel rooms are normal, not so clean.

Very bad experience, no wifi, no network, no key. Not cleaned room and washroom. Staffs are good and friendly.

The location is close to chennai central station, but a dirty place, had no electricity for hours, no fresh linen for bed but a bedsheet was provided after many requests, they refused to give a pillow cover! very unfriendly behaviour from all, around. Disappointing exp!

Location is not too good. Maintenance is poor both outside and inside. Not worth to money for staying

Very very poor quality of stay. Not a clean room, cigarette smoke inside the room. Not clean bedsheet and billow cover, they have not given a bedsheet. Very very bad stay in my life time.

The room was good but the cleanliness was the worst. The floors were sticky and it was smelling bad, ac room was better compared to non ac room

Bad service, no proper cleanness( particularly toilet it was really hell), it was very bad experience we had. Even they didn't provide bedsheet also. There was no bike parking as well.

The bedsheets were dirty. When i asked for a new bedsheet, the manager agreed to send it to my room but never delivered. Room is average, minimal facilities. Tv does not work. Also, the location of the property is not good.
