Jai Palace

Room was neat and clean during the stay. A/c need to be serviced in all the rooms but as it had average cooling. But aprt from that room was good and it is nearby to tambaram railway station.

Hot water not coming. I am staying for 5 hours only. Brush colgate buy in another store. But it's ok because the person is polite

One of the worst hotel stay experiences that i had on mm t. Not at all recommended for families, room stinks a lot. Got suffocated inside the room with the foul smell checked in at 10 pm and could hardly complete the night. Checked out early morning 7 am and moved to a different place. If you are concerned about your health and family never visit this place

It is close to tambaram bus stand and railway station. The room was clean and usable. The upkeep of the room was not great. The tap in the bathroom was dripping, the exhaust fan had been removed and the hole was left open. There was hot water in the morning for bath. The place was quiet and cozy. No restaurant attached. They have a vending machine for water and soft drinks. The staff were nice and friendly. There is a ab restaurant in walking distance.

We had booked for delux room with large bed. It was very small room and not very neat. Even the bed was vey small.

Staff is so kind and polite. Rooms are neat. There’s no separate wardrobe to place our clothes. Tv remote was broken which i asked for another remote multiple times. But didn’t get through out my stay. Cleaning not done towels not replaced

I was very reluctant to stay at jai palace but the only point encouraged me was it is a mm t approved hotel. Though i booked and paid in advance i didn't check in and asked them to show the room. I liked the room, staff and location. Adyar anand bhavan and namma vettu vasant bhavan hotels are located walking distance. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but the staff fetch you all you required. The price of the room is fine. Tambaram local station is nearby. I would stay whenever i travel from mumbai or within tamilnadu. There is a tea stall from 0630 hrs till late night at 100 feet distance from the hotel.
