Food was not available, only breakfast with very limited options. Property location is very good. But the recent one ways by the Transportation Department is a huge pain and is leading to an extra 20 minutes from RA Puram to Rathna Nagar Annai Salai. Service staff is very helpful.

The hotel is at a superb location but poorly kept and maintained. It doesn’t meet the standards of a 3 star in terms of the staff which is maintaining it. The upkeep of rooms is also poor.

For the money the room facilities are bad. We take a package for free breakfast. But the breakfast is average with out a tea! the room is not well maintained there were dust on the chair, table lamp. Stains on chair. For 2 adults they provided a towel. Staff is cooperative and polite. Service is good. For the money it is "2" bad.

Very poor service. Breakfast brought from outside restaurant. You carry your luggage from room to the road yourself.
