The one star is only given as I could not rate lower than this. Check-in Process: upon reaching the property at 1.30 PM, the manager told me that I need to wait for atleast 20 minutes as the room is not ready. It was clearly evident that he did not check earlier if there was a booking for that day or not. After I denied to accommodate his request, he granted me extra 1.5 hrs during the next day check out. The entire check in process was really pathetic after travelling for so many hours. Room: The room was okay with the amenities present as mentioned. However, it needs severe maintenance. The linens have become yellow from white, the furnitures have not been cleaned and dusted properly and the towels provided were also dirty and old. The battery of AC remote is drained and somehow used forcefully. Washroom: the only hotel I encountered till date where the cold water doesn't come through the pipes. The water pressure is so low that the cold water simply doesn't come out of the tap. Instead only hot water is coming. It was too difficult to manage in such a kind of washroom. Absolutely pathetic experience. Room Service and Food: The restaurant is useless. Absolutely no orders are being placed there. Mostly vacant. Still when you order a simple menu, it will take ages to deliver. Also, you need to remind them 2-3 times over the phone. Then only you will be obliged to serve food. Food taste is average and the utensils or cups provided are not washed and cleaned properly. Location: Situated in one of the interior lanes and accessibility is difficult at times due to the ongoing construction of the metro line. Also, the alternate approach lanes are extremely bad to provide you a life time backache while reaching the property. Overall, I am not going to visit this property anymore. It can be a good property if maintained properly with prompt service else it's going to degrade over the time.
