Unprofessional behaviour. We booked and paid full amount for 4 rooms on MMT. When called the hotel, they denied booking and said their Hotel was full. Turns out they increased the price due to demand and took extra bookings for more money and cancelled ours. Very disappointed.

Hotel staff was not friendly. Intercom was not working and didn't repair even after informing them. Tv was not working and got fixed after informing. The tv remotes were in pathetic condition. They said hot water will be available after 7am but there was no hot water, had to manage bath with cold water. This hotel is utter waste for the price they are charging.
