The room was good. The location was average. When we arrived at the hotel at 9. 30am, we were told no rooms are available even for freshening up. Rooms will be available only after 2pm. But the person at the reception conveyed this message in a very unfriendly manner as if he is not interested in me coming and staying there.

the hotel is near chennai central railway station. Transportation facilities are also easy.

We had clean rooms, hygienic bath rooms, 24 hour hot water and wifi, tasty food and friendly staff during our stay. The manager was very helping and supportive. Location wise hotel is only 5 minutes walk from madras central station. Many good veg and non veg restaurants are also available in the vicinity. Overall an excellent experience.

The ac family suite we stayed at was very nice. Convenient location near chennai central, walkable distance. The hotel surrounding area should be clean.

Food was average and when i missed the way to hot, tried to contact hotel for help at the number given in booking confirmation. But unfortunately phone was ringing and nobody was picking up the phone. Some how with help of auto guy i reached hotel and asked the person in reception why nobody is picking up the phone. He didn't reply and i checked in at 8. 30 pm and requested for late check out at 2pm but he didn't allow at all. Totally my experience with the hotel is very bad.

The stay is awesome. Food at the hotel is good especially the breakfast. The room is neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend to stay in this hotel.
