It’s my mistake on review of *********** I had book such a hotel first on arrival the hotel had taken card payment actually *********** had given to pay at checkout secondly for early check in they charged 1000 extra thou full hotel was empty Then there is renovation work going on in hotel for which there is dust & paint smell in room I had come to chennai for my eye operation so my appointment was at morning 9 am so it was urgent After complaints to *********** the wear offering room in there other hotel which is of more low categories & far from the hospital & *********** also ofer other hotel of low categorie & higher rate Then it’s not possible for me to change hotel as I was busy in hospital whole day then in the night at 10 when I come my room & bed were dusty the hotel staff was not ready to com on asking for towels 3 to 4 time hotel says the don’t have extra towel the cups were dirty there were cockroaches in the rum the bed make noes so I decided to change the hotel at 11 in night But unfortunately not the hotel nor *********** is refunding the amount Been the hospital problem I had paid again with request to all not to use booking review and not to book this hotel please

The atmosphere of the restaurant was so aesthetic and had a nice experience. The person who served us was Mr. Panchaksharam, he has made a humble servings with us and had a soft behaviour. We have tried chicken briyani and chilli chicken and both tastes very good.

Theocation is really good, nearby the metro station. It's clean and quiet, the staffs are professional.

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to have a club feel and went down to the club. They could have played tamil songs, its India and your guests are Indians, playing on and off English songs are fine but Tamil songs would really been better

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coro***del. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. We also had the pleasure of being served by Trainees Santak and Shafira, whom we would like to take the opportunity to wish them all the best in their future endeavours and to reach greater heights in this industry. Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with ***y varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the ***ager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

Not much variety in the food, almost repitative every day Rooms not thoroughly checked before allotting, lacks in cleanliness

Hotel location is good, about half an hour drive from the airport, shopping and shopping around is more convenient. Good facilities, intimate service, rich breakfast and friendly staff. In short, value for money. To vomit is the credit card checkout shows the price of Lu, the result is the dollar, the key is the exchange rate of the two. Proposal to pay with rupees if possible.
