房間很寬敞，設施新，床品和衞生間都很乾凈，服務員盡職盡責打掃很徹底。我對衞生要求很高，很滿意。酒店有免費停車場，頂層是餐廳，早餐非常豐富，都是當地特色小吃，那個胡辣湯是真的好喝，還有菜蟒也好吃，每次到成武都住這裏，下次還會再來。

探店連住了三天説一下真實體驗。衞生的確是很差，床品四處毛髮，衞生間水龍頭和花灑上全是油（下圖）真不知道怎麼弄上的油，花灑拆開裏面黃褐色異物（下圖）確實有點噁心，但是前台説相同房型的房間就這一間沒法換，衹能湊活住，對了，第一天的時候房間還有一衹蒼蠅，酒店的蚊香液點了一夜都沒有用。房間面積也挺小的，之所以選擇這個房型，是因為衞生間大一些，除了套房其他房型都看了，衞生間特別小，也不知道房型怎麼規劃的。然後衞生間馬桶按鈕，超級難按，得死命用力按，也沒有洗手液，還是幾年前那種小塊香皂，洗手不太方便。除了衞生和設施比較差，大體環境還行，隔音也還可以，前台服務挺好的
