This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Chengmai hotel provides parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up.
The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour.
The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best.
Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

ZzhangkanshanThe check-in experience was great, the room was fully equipped, the light control, the curtain control was very convenient, the pillows and bed were very comfortable to sleep, and the room space was large. The attitude of the front desk and the cleaning staff was also very warm. This price is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThis is a very tasteful hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the hygiene is first-class, the public environment is very good, and there is a laundry room with very good dryers to dry guests' clothes quickly. Both the lobby staff and the room attendants are excellent.

GGuest UserI stayed here with my family for the Chengmai half marathon. We had a 2 floor room which made it very convenient to not wake up my family when I got ready and left early for the race. Breakfast was great, our room was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’d ask is for the hotel to provide a shuttle bus to the start of next year’s race. It was difficult to get to the start from this location because of road closures. We’ll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a very beautiful location. A luxurious sandy beach. A great place to swim. Beautiful embankment along the sea. There is a large swimming pool with warm water on the territory of the hotel, there are also hot springs. The room is cozy, large, clean with a large balcony and stunning sea views from the window. Good breakfast. Polite staff. Special thanks to the manager, whose name is Rosa, who met us at the reception. Rosa speaks excellent English, helped us in all matters. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

GGuest User1. Very satisfied, the room is surprisingly large 2. And there is free parking 3. The bed is particularly comfortable and I like it very much. 4. Living on the 15th floor, the scenery outside the window is good. 5. There is a charging pile nearby, which is cheap to charge.

Mmymymy1206The hotel is located in the R&F Mangrove Bay Scenic Area, where the mangrove area is quite large, the environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. The hotel should be an old hotel, some facilities are a bit old, but it is still clean and tidy, and the breakfast and snacks taste good.

The room has ants, the curtains and soft bags have a lot of dirty, the paper box is very dirty, the quilt, the sheets have an unpleasant sweat smell, it is estimated that I did not change the order, very late and tired, I can do it, the result is simply suffering, too bad

JJordanWe arrived very late, but the staff quickly helped us to check in. Comfortable bed, but the room was quite dirty. Only one towel provided for a double room and no soap. Not bad for an overnight stay.
