The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the stadium where the Kanye show took place. However, the breakfast provided at the hotel is quite basic and could definitely be improved.

攜程第一次差評先説硬件，淋浴花灑像**了一樣平時沒人維護嗎？而且前後漏水，衞生間和淋浴在同一房間，而且淋浴間沒有任何一個可以放東西的地方，自帶的洗面奶沐浴露牙刷等衹能放在馬桶上，置物架很貴嗎？再説衞生淋浴間的衞浴盒用手一摸流黑湯這是海南不是礦洞，水龍頭都包漿了平時沒人檢查沒人管理嗎？民宿也不會這樣吧！一宿被蚊子咬醒無數次，在海南在亞熱帶屋裡沒有驅蚊器放了一瓶驅蚊花露水過份了吧!最後驅蚊貼貼的身上床上枕頭上哪哪都是，把空調調到20度才能睡着，這哪是休息就是渡劫啊，這是用攜程十幾年第一條差評!

房間是不錯的，就是服務跟不上，前台態度屬實有點不好，跟他説話很不耐煩，攜程上寫的房間在1-7層，兩間房都給1樓，房間後面就是別人的小區，根本不敢打開窗簾，預訂的時候兑換的歡迎水果到退房了都沒看到，做預訂的時候不看內容的嗎？

房間設施和酒店硬件條件都不錯，服務人員素質沒有跟上，對於客人提的要求響應不夠靈活，有點呆板，加個被子床墊什麼的感覺不是很情願和麻利

差評，這是我住過的衞生最差的酒店了，房間有螞蟻，窗簾和軟包有不少臟污，抽紙盒裡麪臟得很，辦被子，床單都有難聞的汗臭味，估計是沒換單，很晚很累了就衹能將就了，結果簡直就是受罪，太糟糕了
