Arrived at the hotel in the early morning, exhausted. I took the room card and entered the room. Less than 1 minute later, the front desk called and said that the room was opened to the wrong room and asked me to go to the first floor to change the card. I asked if it could be sent up? The waiter said that there was no one at the front desk and I had to go downstairs to get it. I was speechless. The room smelled musty and the cover was peeling off. The service attitude was very indifferent. I will not come next time.

It is near Chengmai Software Park and downstairs is Dongpo Pedestrian Street. The parking lot is quite large. There are hot spring pools for men and women in the backyard, as well as a small swimming pool. The only problem is that the door has a big gap and is not soundproof.

We have stayed in the hotel many times. The room we were assigned this time was different from the previous ones. We asked the front desk staff and they said it was a random room type. Then we asked to change it. The staff said there were no rooms available and their tone was perfunctory. After we checked in, we found stains on the bedding. We called the front desk to report it. The front desk did not have any explanation. After a few minutes, the front desk called and said that they had consulted the leader and could change us back to the previous room type. At that time, we considered that we had already washed up in the room, so we did not change the room to avoid adding workload to the housekeeping staff. But we did not know that the room attendant knocked on the door before we woke up in the morning. He swiped the card to open the door without getting our response, instead of calling to consult. This experience was poor.
