Chengmai Hotels with Gym

Booked a parent-child room, and felt that the room decoration was really ordinary, different from the promotion, there was only a tent, a wooden horse and a cartoon pillow on the bed. The whole hotel is really old, the bathroom doesn't feel clean, there are inexplicable hairs on the sink, and the bathroom door can't be completely closed, which is equivalent to using the bathtub. The outside is unobstructed, which is speechless. I read other reviews that mentioned the hotel's flamingo afternoon tea, which comes with flamingo toys. I wanted to try to make the children happy, but there was no afternoon tea. In addition, the hotel is really economical. The lobby is so hot that the air conditioner is not turned on, so if you really have afternoon tea, it will probably feel like eating in a steamer. I took the children to swim at night, and I must spray mosquito repellent, otherwise they will be bitten to death. I also played in the amusement park, which is very childish equipment, and it is only suitable for children aged one or two. Basically, the facilities are useless. The hotel is very stingy, not worth it, and not like Hilton at all. The only thing worth praising is the breakfast, which is relatively rich and has many choices. The taste is acceptable, and the soup noodles are delicious.

Content: This hotel is very big, with a swimming pool and a water park. The children had a lot of fun there. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The room is quite spacious. Jidong at the front desk provided good service, the check-in procedure was fast, and the porter could also help with the luggage. The only regret was that I didn’t get to have breakfast. I don’t know how it is. I must try it next time I go there. It is worth recommending!

There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

The excellent environment which is integrated with Zen style and matches with natural surrounding perfectly, the scale of the hotel is just moderate, it fits you so well and won’t make you fell fatigue when you tried to walk for a detailed interior sight-seeing around the hotel, also there will be fantastic pictures when you try to make photos for a memory. Our quiet swimming pool is designed with 2 different zones which is separated from adults and children. there's a great variety of fine cuisine for breakfast, In the rear of the hotel, you can reach the beach just easily cross our community, immersed into sunny beach or enjoy a dreaming sunset, it’s ideal for relaxing, also the free shuttle bus from the duty free shop is available. The harmony service of our front desk makes you feel at home, the receptionists Bella and Betty are excellent have honored praise for quite a while. Chloeliu can respond promptly to various small needs when checking out, such as to help call a car and assist with small stuffs purchasing. generally, it meets the standard of five-star luxury hotels with beautiful and tranquil scenery. In comparison with those well-known luxury hotels in Sanya, it is more suitable for families who want to enjoy a relax and spending a quality time.

All five points, parking is free. The service is very good, the service staff is very warm, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, the itinerary is convenient, I wish the relatives who stay in Green have a safe journey and meet the best scenery.

The hotel is located near Qianqiu Square. It feels very humid to play in Chengmai. It is very convenient to eat. The room facilities are old, but very clean. Most of them are business travelers. Overall, they are good.

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗 Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy... As for the facilities in the room, the facilities in the room are also clean, and the school supplies are also thoughtfully prepared for the children. Restaurant: The hotel's buffet breakfast is not too varied, but it can be fully eaten... If you plan to have lunch at the hotel, remember to go early, otherwise there will be no more 😊😊😊

春節這幾天入住以後，給我留下了一個深深的美好回憶，酒店的位置很好，停車位也是很多，真的很便利，而且離海邊也很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，酒店的設施也很好，床品非常舒服，從三亞開車了一天過來，經過了一天疲憊的遊玩行程，睡了一場美美的覺，早上起來，去早餐廳用早餐，是自助餐，早餐也很豐盛，有好多喜歡愛吃的早餐，小孩子也很喜歡，早餐的服務員和前台服務員也非常的熱情，臨行時還獻上了甜甜的笑容，祝賀着新年快樂，
