When I checked in, the front desk was not very welcoming, and there was no concierge to help with the luggage. I didn't feel the service, and the location was a bit remote. But the brother in the swimming pool made me feel that there was still service🤣First, one of our children went into the water without a swimming ring and choked. The brother quickly jumped into the water to save the child, and then paid special attention to the child, doing his duty. Then we brought another swimming ring to inflate, and found that the swimming ring was leaking and broken. The brother quickly came up to ask, and I said it was leaking and I didn't want it. He said it was okay, let me see if I can help you fix it. There is such a service? ? Content: This hotel is very big, with a swimming pool and a water park. The children had a lot of fun there. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The room is quite spacious. Jidong at the front desk provided good service, the check-in procedure was fast, and the porter could also help with the luggage. The only regret was that I didn’t get to have breakfast. I don’t know how it is. I must try it next time I go there. It is worth recommending!

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

Very comfortable and cozy hotel, I really like the duplex room on the top floor, it is very convenient for a family of 4 to live in, and we can cook simple meals. The hotel lobby is also great, you can stay there all day without moving.

The room is large and comfortable. I came on a business trip. There is a comfortable desk and a sofa coffee table for leisure. It is also convenient to make tea. It is quite clean and sanitary. There are many food nearby. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.

The hotel is located in the center of the hotel. It is in the software park, less than 3 kilometers away from the old town high-speed rail station. It takes 10 minutes from Leiqiong Volcano Geopark. The location is good. You can park downstairs. The room is clean. The front desk staff is very good. The delivery is still used for robots, very smart. The breakfast was very rich.
