位於縣城東部，周邊吃飯還算方便，但是去商業街還是不太方便。電梯內有異味，早餐很簡單，衞生尚可，有自己的停車小院，不過停不了幾台車。

服務很nice，免費升級了帶陽台的豪標，有地下停車場，旁邊應該是亢河，喜歡戲水的可以下河耍，水還是很清澈的，不過這幾天有點冷，遺憾的是沒玩成水，對面就是步道和自行車道，吃完飯散個步很愜意，空氣也清新，早餐也不錯，整體很滿意。
