I have a suggestion for you. I travel a lot for business and stay in countless hotels, all of which are excellent in every way. Yet, you're still stuck in your most primitive practices. You're actually selling breakfast for a profit? Can't you just give breakfast to customers who spend under 300 yuan? If you don't even offer this free breakfast service, then no matter how polite your front desk staff and waitstaff are, spending under 300 yuan at your hotel won't be worth the money, and you'll turn most customers away.
