房子座落於撫仙湖東部半山高檔住宅小區內，車輛直接開至旁邊停車場，幾分鐘就可到山下小灣村湖邊主路，適合自駕。無敵無遮擋全湖景，房間乾淨整潔，廁所衞浴以及被褥舒適，安靜！適合躺倒多住幾天，管家服務值得一讚，就是面積稍小。山下吃飯也方便，按管家推薦的可口實惠，千萬避坑小灣村委旁的那家合大門漁都，態度極惡劣，宰客！

第二次入住了，停車方便。以後去玩也會選擇這種類型的。小區非常大開車方便出行。好多外省的都來避暑，山上空氣清新適合帶家人長住。我們去的這次天氣不好頭天下大雨，第二天毛毛細雨。房間推窗見澄江，衹要不是節假日價格也適中。不錯。
