總體來説還是不錯的，房間乾淨利落，空調也可以配套設施也基本齊全，停車也是非常的方便，基本上滿足出遊住宿條件。

環境：還可以，後面一條街吃東西的比較多，停車場停車方便。
服務：唉，辦理入住的時候服務員態度不好，説話嘛一點都不客氣很不耐煩的樣子……希望下次有所改變。

西都大酒店的價格是偏低的，環境算不上優雅，但服務質量很不錯，交通方便，尤其是它的早餐更是“低調的奢華”而實實在在，品種很多且味道不錯。該酒店應該是去澄江市旅遊度假、尤其是避暑的“中端”選擇。

比較驚艷到的商務酒店，衞浴乾濕分離和大面積的洗漱台加分，周邊去哪也很方便。唯一的缺點是電視不能投屏衹能放電視台頻道。

和朋友帶着一起來澄江玩，選了這個房型。乾淨舒適，孩子到了就不想出去玩了。還有美景和茶具。要什麼自行車。很滿意

酒店位置不錯，靠近汽車客運站，出行方便。房間比較寬敞，乾淨整潔。服務員熱情負責。早餐7：30比較晚。另外還要收按金，這種情況已經比較少了。

我呸！差評！垃圾中的垃圾！
1.服務差。前台服務員讓你感受皮不笑肉不笑，冰冷冷的感覺。早餐難吃到死去，告訴你要38元一位。
2.空調用不了。問前台，問客房服務員，明確告訴你，空調已有十幾年歷史，用不了的！被子又不舒服，直接凍感冒！
3.隔音很差。隔壁插個電源插頭，聽得一清二楚！
4.户型差。進門一邊是洗漱，一邊是衞浴，馬桶的水小得可憐，便後都沖不下。

如果説差，這是我見過的性價比最差的酒店，不是希望我住這裏！我是絕對不住這裏的，設施舊，管理差，一個馬桶蓋上的罩子還要收兩塊錢，刮鬍刀收5塊，這個房價在在其他地方這些東西都該免費了！不建議入住！
