水壓低到沒法洗頭洗澡，給前台打電話打了將近10個才接，上來還找藉口説什麼用水高峯，過了用水高峯依然水很小，找人來檢查是氣壓閥壞了，一時半會兒還沒法換，第一次住酒店住到這種基本設施都是壞的，非常離譜！衞生也不咋地，沙發感覺很灰，洗手液閥頭也是壞的，按不下去，衹能打開直接到，體驗極差！

這家酒店服務真是超一流，從我踏進酒店前台那一刻起，就感受到了他們的熱情款待和周到細緻的服務。前台接待員禮貌專業，幫助我迅速辦理入住手續。並詳細介紹了酒店的設施和服務。房間寬敞明亮，穿上用品及客房設施很乾凈。又是一次滿意的選擇。

設施：完善 ，有中央空調
衞生：很乾凈，一次性用品和床單每天都有換
環境：窗户正對撫仙湖月亮灣，很美。這個房間下午太陽直射會有一點熱，而且房間很大空調温度不怎麼降得下來。
服務：前台小姐姐態度都特別好。送了幾張早餐券， 有好吃的米線😋
有機會一定再來雲南玉溪玩，撫仙湖太美了

不敢相信這麼低的價格竟然可以住到這麼好的酒店。房間乾淨整潔，採光面積大，床墊非常軟，房間裏面配的茶葉很好喝，停車很方便，真心強烈推薦。

第一次過來的朋友可能有點難找（導航終點挺好後主幹道旁邊有條小路走進去/右手邊第一個通道口進去左轉就是他家！
正湖景房還是挺不錯得（早上起床 窗簾一拉開真的很絕😃
想簡單吃一下的話 酒店一樓有好幾家店（也可以點外賣 但真不好吃🙃

這次撫仙湖之旅入住體驗非常滿意，價格合理服務態度超級好，不會放電視前台小姐姐馬上上來房間處理，房間的設施也比較齊全24小時熱水空調都有出行也方便附近打車租車都方便。東西忘記了前台也幫忙寄來快遞，

房間床小床墊太軟睡的腰痛，在濕地公園對面未安裝紗窗不能開窗空氣不好，落地窗能看到一些湖景。
設施：正常酒店設施
衞生：床單被罩是乾淨的 但是裏面的被芯上還有血漬
環境：整棟樓都是酒店 房間有點老了 插座盒有被拆調的也沒有修復
