地理位置很好，離櫻花谷和月亮灣很近，附近的小吃店和食肆都不錯，推薦合小漁，老舅味道，
房間衞生乾淨，基本設施都有，冷暖空調齊備，馬桶圈是暖的，
視野非常好，環境很有特色，天台露台很贊，適合朋友聚會聊天，欣賞湖景，
服務相當好，給我們升級了房型，
晚上12點後沒有熱水洗澡了，客服馬上給我們解決了問題，太感動了，
早餐的米線很好吃，
性價比很高的民宿，強烈推薦。以後還會再來！

用一個“逃”字是我在這酒店住一晚後感受，酒店建在山上，坐東朝西，沒有任何樹遮陽，每個房裡窗户朝西，但能打開窗換氣的就長不到50寬不足15cm小小換氣口（圖5），比農村煙囱還小，一進門就如熱浪撲面而來，門對路面怕不安全不敢時候打開，外面太陽大窗户不敢拉開窗簾，所以房間又悶又熱，來撫仙湖避暑還要開空調，介紹是湖景房，那是直線看到的海，想走到海邊有2公里遠，房間介紹40平米，目測最多20平米，床與電視間不到50cm，兩人是沒法轉身的，洗漱衹配3個牙刷，其他沒任何東西，幸虧自己帶了浴帽，否則沖涼都沒辦法，辦理入住的小美女服務還不錯，但這也不能成為我推薦這家店的理由，性價比太低。還有就是攜程難道推薦房源，訊息是商家自己提供，不打假的！

帶小朋友入住的，定的雙床因為一樓房間有蟲子給升級成親子房了（雖然升級了，但是！東西得自己搬……）沒人幫忙挪房間……也沒有電梯（民宿也理解沒有電梯），但是真的好辛苦😭老闆人很好，前台小妹也挺好的。早餐一般般，房間有點老舊了，空調開很難按，水池也比較雞肋，濺到處水。
建議親子房可以修繕一下了，尖角處較多，小朋友容易撞到。

這次入住體驗極差，來雲南的第一晚就令人失望透頂。
直到辦理入住也沒有人提前聯繫溝通預留車位什麼的，到了以後前台説我們預訂的房間因為前幾天暴雨房客沒有關窗導致房間浸泡不能住了需要換房，這種情況難道不應該提前溝通一下嗎？然後給了我們兩個房型選擇，説是都比原先的房間價格高，但後來查了一下，我們換的陽台房比露台房要便宜幾十塊。
房間硬件也是一言難盡，裝修簡直可以用粗製濫造來形容，用材肉眼可見的廉價，也就拍照好看而已（我就是被網上的照騙騙來的）。衞生狀況也很糟糕，牆上到處黑點污漬，有些木質設施都發黴了，隨處可見的爬蟲，洗漱台上甚至有衹壁虎爬進了我的洗漱包裏，給我留下了一輩子的陰影。最最離譜的是淋浴房，用的不是瓷磚地磚，而是和房間材質一樣的木頭地板和粉刷的牆面，感覺就是在角落裡臨時隔斷出來的，裝的玻璃門下面甚至還有10多公分的空隙。每一個槽點都是能讓人窒息的程度。
軟件服務幾乎是沒有的。沒有人主動聯繫你，晚上外面吃宵夜回來，民宿門口的車子已經停滿，前台連個人都沒有，我們的車子衹能從狹小彎曲的斜坡上一路倒下去，像無頭蒼蠅一樣到處找停車位。晚上想讓民宿找人來抓壁虎還是在攜程上找到的一個座機，打了兩次才打通。寫點評的時候發現居然還有份歡迎水果權益也沒兑現。
唯一的地理優勢説實話也不過爾爾，雖然號稱房間裏就能看到全湖景日落，但正對着陽台就是一棟爛尾樓，真是呵呵了。

停車位緊張，停在外圍的需要挪車，充電樁3個。停車位置在山上，通道很窄坡度很大，開車來的可以注意下。
空調最低調到17度也不見冷，就是一般的涼，蓋被子熱，不蓋被子怕着涼。。
民宿蚊蟲會多一點。
入住時等了好久打掃，想喝咖啡也沒有人做。
早餐如下兩人份。

建水之行意外住到的寶藏酒店。酒店公區整體上是中式風格，移步換景，但不是那種很刻意的硬凹古風的中式，審美就很在線，這點深得我心。酒店工作人員很熱情。早餐時段餐廳外面有中式舞蹈表演，臨窗的正好可以一邊吃早餐一邊欣賞表演。酒店每晚還有烤豆腐免費品嚐，烤豆腐的小哥哥和小姐姐很和善。酒店離建水紫陶博物館很近，步行可達，博物館逛一圈很長知識。酒店公區一進門的地方還有個網紅甜品店，格調不錯。

寶藏酒店，早餐很有當地特色，環境很好，家人孩子都住到不想走，帶孩子很喜歡一樓庭院房，玩到不想出酒店，服務員也都很熱情客氣，前台小馬小王都很好
