房間衞生情況佳，兩個房間兩個衞生間，大房間裏面還有個小床。主卧房間帶一個景觀大陽台，上面有弔籃，視野非常好，節假日期間可以蹭山下商業的煙花表演。
房間內陽台上植物散佈，床品乾淨，被子床墊都比較舒服。
房子所在小區中庭環境好，乾淨，安靜，停車免費，小區內和山下商業都有便利店，山下還有肯德基，十分方便。

此次入住體驗特別好！首先是居住舒服，出行方便。房屋裝修很好，很有格調。房間能看到撫仙湖全景，出門打車也方便，推薦提前滴滴。其次，房東和房東夫人特別好。不僅全程幫我們講解撫仙湖的旅遊線路，對於我們的疑問也講解的很清楚。我們提前的快遞，房東也是幫我們收快遞。第三，距離馬戲團表演和海豚表演地都很近，房東還幫我們訂票，特別暖心。帶小孩和家人選擇他們特別棒！圖片就是在陽台上的風景！特別美！於是果斷的由原來的三天又多定了一天

民宿老闆態度超級好也超級細心，會提醒我們如何避免吃飯踩坑，甚至細心到考慮我們一家有長者有小孩，哪些景點不適合去，針對這樣的景點長者應該怎麼注意安全等等，細心周到體貼，而且民宿環境也好，周圍是度假村，早飯建議外賣，但是中晚餐在民宿周圍都能吃飯，特別推薦名宿大門右拐接近化石博物館的一家菌湯火鍋，很好吃，另外民宿周圍也有很多小童遊樂設施，如果覺得累不想當特種兵，就在民宿周圍帶娃玩一下也是很愜意的，因為周圍環境也很好，而且吹爆的一點是這麼多綠化這麼多植物的環境下竟然沒有蚊子，真的沒有蚊子，我這個移動滅蚊器是頭一次在户外一點沒有被咬，另外就是湖景，真的很漂亮，特別是晚上的夕陽，坐在陽台上看夕陽餘暉，有種歲月靜好的感覺，晚上運氣好，周圍的馬戲團還會放煙花，現在陽台上可以收攬煙花全景，很漂亮，五星好評，下次去撫仙湖還會住這裏！
