Perfect service by very kind staffs.
Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room.
Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach.
Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway)
Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds.
Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim.
Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot.
Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

When we checked in, Zoe at the front desk actively coordinated and helped us upgrade to a room with a better sunset view. While the room was waiting for cleaning, she suggested that we take a break in the lobby bar and enjoy the hotel's special afternoon tea first. She also introduced the hotel's features and some surrounding attractions, which was very considerate. We ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant twice and it was not bad. Next time I come to Fuxian Lake, I will probably choose Hilton again.
