客棧位置離星光夜市只有一公里，買東西逛街很方便，房間的也很乾凈，陽台門口還有搖椅，但是晚上睡覺很安靜不會吵。老闆特別熱情，下次再來澄江還會考慮住這家客棧

老闆娘挺熱情，服務周到，房間挺新，床品挺新挺乾淨（自己清洗晾曬的，但部分浴巾晾在樓梯扶手上陰乾的）不足之處：1.位置太偏，走1.3公里才到，周圍很荒涼，吃飯購物都要走很遠2.房間比較小3.交通不便4.房間設施一般

酒店環境特別好，設施齊全，最重要的是老闆十分熱情，晚上還會組織一下旅客圍爐煮茶，搞個小燒烤的特別有氣氛，下次去撫仙湖玩一定還會再去！

在附近紅沙灘玩，然後回來洗澡時毛巾搞到點泥沙，我們離店一小時後老闆打電話過來説我們弄臟了他的毛巾，要賠償，我表示這只是紅沙灘的泥沙洗一下就可以了。老闆説洗不乾淨，已經把毛巾扔了，必須賠償。我跟老闆説，如果真的洗不乾淨我願意賠償，因為我女兒穿着白色褲子去沙灘玩，整個褲子弄得更臟，我晚上去到酒店，洗一下那個褲子，如果真的洗不乾淨我願意賠償。老闆表示可以，到了晚上我去了另外的酒店洗了乾淨，也把洗前洗後的照片發給老闆，老闆表示我們不願意賠償沒問題，因為他有我們的個人訊息，威脅我們泄露我們的個人訊息。這樣的操作我也是服氣！對了，我們入住酒店的時候水温不穩定，時冷時熱，第二天早上吹風機還跳閘停電。真的是一家好酒店，好老闆啊！

還可以，前台兩個小夥子很熱心幫助搬行李上樓。四樓親子間的房間比較小，是上下床，但是好在門口有大樓頂的露台，正好方便了小孩活動。就是把孩子的手錶充電器掉了，不知道是不是掉房間忘了收走
