酒店是真不錯，尤其是前台工作人員小孟和小王兩個小姐姐特別熱情，辦理入住時效率高又耐心，主動幫忙介紹酒店設施和夜市的美食。房間也遠超預期，整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟無異味，衞生細節做得很到位，住得特別舒服，下次來還會選這裏。

一次超治癒的入住體驗，必須五星好評！這次旅行選對酒店太關鍵了，從進門到退房全程都很舒心。
房間衞生無可挑剔，桌面、浴室都一塵不染，連角落都很乾凈，住着特別安心。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水來得又快又足，提供的洗浴用品還有淡淡清香，質感很不錯。
服務更是暖到心坎裏。給我們辦理入住的小石和小孟效率很高，還貼心地給了周邊遊玩攻略，給我們介紹漢中好吃的店，好評滿滿！！

從成都回西安，秦嶺服務區大堵車，果斷下高速就近休息，開了快500公里的雨天高速夠夠的了，酒店在當地算是最好的了，環境還可以，服務好，滿意微笑😊，給孩子申請了免費早餐，送的大堂飲品彌補了沒有小冰箱的可惜，總體還不錯，突出表揚下前台小石和小孟兩位美女

國慶期間入住，四百出頭一晚～
[評友]大堂氣派，入住時前台小姐姐幫忙升級房型（超大床 寬2米[笑臉]），還給小朋友送了入住小禮物，很親切（小姐姐好像叫小石）～
[評友]房間挺新，也挺乾淨噠～房內落地窗，可以看到園林景觀
[評友]早餐廳寬敞，早餐也挺豐富
[評友]泳池環境也不錯，恆温在27-28℃
👍🏻服務人員形象和質素都很高，大家工作的狀態有點五星級酒店的調調～（前台，樓層衞生人員，餐廳經理 餐廳大廚 大堂衞生間大姐，泳池前台）
不足：
距離城固繁華區域需要開車20分鐘～
酒店停車場無充電樁，建議裝幾個[笑臉]
房間內無浴袍和塑料袋，建議增加
