Yitel Hotels in Chengdu

Highly recommend this hotel! It’s located right opposite the subway station which makes it convenient to get around. The room was modern and well decorated (seemed like it was recently renovated), as well as spacious and very clean. It had the most comfortable bed!! Sound proofing was excellent - some past reviews mentioned construction noise but can confirm I didn’t hear anything of the sort during my stay. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Chengdu! (My photo doesn’t do the room justice —looks way better in real life!)

Overall, I will book here again next time. I saw the traffic jam on Chunxi Road, but luckily I didn’t book there. It’s easy to take a taxi here, it’s quiet, the noodles downstairs are delicious, and there’s Lawson opposite, which is very convenient. It's not too far to walk to the subway. Hygiene: Very clean, cleaned every day and supplies replenished Environment: Maybe because smoking is allowed, there is a little smell of smoke coming out of the wall near the bed, but it is acceptable. After reporting to the front desk, freshener was sprayed and the window was opened for ventilation. However, the window is not soundproof, and the sounds outside can be heard. It's so clear, but the sound in the corridor is not very audible. Fortunately, the location of the hotel is relatively quiet, so it does not affect your sleep overall. Service: Yes, the tea is very fragrant. It’s nice to have a cup on such a cold day. I also gave you a panda clip, so I took a selfie immediately🤳Hahahaha Facilities: Complete and easy to use. You will definitely make hot pot here. The clothes all smell. There are enough hangers to dry many pieces. The smell of clothes will be gone the next day. There is a clothesline in the bathing area, which is OK. The main reason I booked this place is because it has a bathtub! ! It’s so comfortable to take a bath🛀. The bathroom is very big. The room is separated from the bathroom by a wall. It’s not like other hotels that only have a dry and wet separation or frosted glass. You’re not afraid of embarrassment with your parents hahahaha (disadvantage: the machine in the laundry room is a bit difficult to use) , only advance and never retreat, you can’t pause when you start😰) It’s been a long time to write, but there are too few reviews on the family room. For reference, it’s worth it, and it’s cost-effective.

Clean and well equipped. Pretty good location. 500m walk from a metro station that is connected to both airports via interchanges. Located at quite a local area if you fancy a more local experience. Amenities are all available. The gym can be better if gym is your priority.

The location is very central and convenient to explore the city. The neighbourhood is vibrant at nights and you can find lots of good restaurants at walking distance. I particularly appreciated the breakfast they offer, with variations every day. There is a gym, a laundry and a panoramic terrace on the 7th floor. The staff is very kind, I made a mistake in setting the washing machine cycle (all in Chinese) and 3 people helped me out to rescue my clothes. Before we left, we were given extra water for the upcoming day. Very appreciated.

When I checked in at the Yitel Supreme, the front desk heard that my throat was hoarse and sent me a pack of free throat-soothing tea so that my throat could rest after talking all day. The details of the service are perfect! The tea is rich in fragrance and the temperature is just right. The hotel laundry service is not only free, but also uses environmentally friendly detergents. When the clothes are returned, they are neatly folded and washed clean. There is also a warm supper in the evening. The warm porridge makes people feel comfortable. I like this hotel very much.

The room is clean and has everything you need. The slippers provided are also very good. The facilities are complete and the surrounding environment is relatively good. It is not noisy. There are also restaurants and supermarkets, which are convenient for shopping. The front desk service is very good and will take the initiative to ask for help. It is worth a thumbs up. It is very close to the subway entrance, just a few steps away.
