Great hotel in a lively and modern neighborhood of Chengdu. Just by the river, meaning nice views and no car noise. Great Japanese bed, we played with it as you can change the inclination. Friendly staff, casual and efficient. Chinese breakfast (average) I’d go there again!

A very good store. I chose the Atour Hotel in the city for a business trip. The girl in the store was very warm and considerate. When we extended our stay the next day because people were playing outside, the girl helped us pack our things and packed them thoughtfully. Sent to room upstairs. very touched. A particularly good experience. The hotel environment is also very good, with everything to eat, drink and have fun nearby.

The hotel is in an excellent location and has convenient transportation. It is just a few minutes' walk from the Line 2 subway station. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good at service, very proactive and enthusiastic, and make you feel at home. For this location and price, I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high.

Hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Chunxi Subway station by crossing the road junction once you get get of it. It’s on the quieter side of the long road away from the bustling shopping area. Rooms are clean and cosy. Reception staff are pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here in future.

As a transitional stop in Chengdu, my plan was to go shopping on Chunxi Road in the evening, watch a show the next morning and then take a ride to the train station. Therefore, I selected this hotel based on the location and the fact that it lived up to the expectations. My expectations. Let’s talk about the location first. This hotel is about 2 kilometers walking distance from the Taikoo Li business district on Chunxi Road. It is far away from the hustle and bustle and relatively convenient. There are buses as soon as you go out, and you can see the subway and restaurants within a few steps. Also a lot. There are not many cars on the main road outside the hotel. Although we live on the back side of the street, I think it won't be noisy even if we live on the street side. Let's talk about service. The service of this hotel is really down to the smallest detail. He called me five days in advance to confirm the check-in time, whether there were elderly or children traveling with him, etc.; when we arrived outside the hotel, he was greeted at the door. He knew what room I was booking before I even opened my mouth, and tried his best to help both of us. The room was arranged on the first floor; because there were elderly people, non-slip slippers were prepared; as soon as we checked in, we called to confirm if there was any problem with the room equipment... From check-in to departure, the whole process was considerate and friendly. Thank you to Xiuxiu and her colleagues at the front desk for helping us Such great service! The location is superb, 5 min to metro stations, near to convenient stores and restaurants. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice and they even provide free afternoon tea and soup for supper. The hotel is very clean and as it was low season, they even upgraded our rooms. The only disappointment is the ventilation - even though i have booked a non-smoking family suites, we can still smell the cigarettes smoke in our room.

I came to Chengdu with my boyfriend, so I booked a hotel in the city center. The price was not high for the hotel, but the cost performance of Chengdu really surprised me! 😝 1. The quilt sheets and pillowcases are all clean, 😍 and they seem to have been ironed. It really cures obsessive-compulsive disorder. I didn’t even change the disposable bedding I brought with me; 2. The smart toilet seat equipped in the bathroom is very considerate, 👏 and the corners are wiped very carefully; 3. The whole house is smart, I really love it. When I get up in the morning, ”Xiaodu Xiaodu, help me open the curtains.” The sun shines in and I feel good all day long~ In general, it is really good, and the service is thoughtful~ I recommend it to families traveling to Chengdu! 👍👍👍

The service attitude is good, the sanitation is clean, and more importantly, the hotel is really, really close to the business district. There is everything downstairs, and the experience is very nice.
